Advent of a Mighty Day – video

About 10 years ago a friend of mine asked if I would do her a favor.  She had started a junior youth spiritual empowerment group and wanted to teach them to memorize a very moving and powerful passage from the Báb’s farewell address to the Letters of the Living (the first 18 to believe in Him). She sent me the quotation and asked if I would set it to music. I gladly accepted!  

After I composed the piece ‘Advent of a Mighty Day’, I taught my daughter to sing it with me and we decided to record it as an acappella piece for my album titled The Exalted One.  Recently I created a video to accompany the song in honor of the commemoration of the Martyrdom of the Báb on July 10th. Please feel free to use it in your gatherings on this special day.
