We are a well-established cabinet shop specializing in high-quality custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. We take pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail, and we’re currently looking to hire a skilled, full-time Cabinet Finisher to join our growing team.
Prepare wood surfaces for finishing through sanding, cleaning, and inspecting
Apply stains, sealers, glazes, paints, and clear topcoats (lacquer, conversion varnish, etc.)
Mix and match finishes to achieve custom colors and sheens
Touch-up, repair, and refinish damaged pieces as needed
Operate finishing equipment such as spray guns, booths, and sanding tools
Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all shop safety protocols
Work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and quality standards
Minimum 2 years of experience in wood finishing or cabinetry finishing
Strong understanding of wood finishing techniques and materials
Ability to produce high-quality finishes consistently
Familiarity with various finishing systems and spray equipment
Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Reliable transportation to and from the shop
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
Experience in custom cabinet finishing
Knowledge of color matching and custom finish creation
Understanding of proper ventilation and safety practices in finishing areas.
